Presidents Report Gregg Welin Greetings! It is getting close to that time of the year again. As I am writing this, we are getting our first measurable amount of snow on the ground. With our first taste of the white stuff, it is time to start thinking about snowmobile maintenance. Be sure to get out there and tighten and align the track, check the belt, the chain tension, gear case oil, etc. Then give the rope a few pulls and get it running. It is much nicer doing this now, than when the snow is on the ground, and you are ready for your first ride. Mark October 22^nd on your calendar, as this is the annual fall membership banquet. It is at Gene’s, and it will be a good meal, lots of door prizes, and a guest speaker or two. Along with that, please send in your membership renewals soon, so we can get everything sent into MNUSA in a timely fashion. We are in the process of re-doing our website, so please be patient, and also if you have any ideas or comments please contact the webmaster with them. We are going to use the web as a communication tool, and it will be updated regularly. If any of you are out driving around and see any signs that are needed, trees across the trail or any other issues, please fix them, or contact a board member so they can be fixed.
